Tucked along Stage Road in Santa Fe Springs, The Green Olive is the kind of place you find once and return to for years: fresh Mediterranean food made with real care, every day.
Sixty hours in the marinade
Our passion starts with the seasonings. They are carefully measured and mixed so every bite has a well-rounded blend of flavor, and our meats rest in that marinade for as long as sixty hours before they are grilled for a true Mediterranean and Middle Eastern experience.
The plates people keep coming back for
The salmon kabob platter, the gyro wrap and our house spicy green sauce are the dishes guests return for. Every plate comes with hummus, rice, house salad with garlic-lemon dressing and pita.
Something for every appetite
Keto, vegetarian or vegan, the menu moves with you: swap rice for salad on any kabob plate, or build a meal from fattoush, falafel, baba ganoush, tabbouleh and grape leaves. Finish with baklava.
